The Peace Grove has an unusually large number of baby redwoods (picture coming soon). Redwood trees grow extremely slowly, taking centuries to reach adulthood. A large portion of the redwood forests have already been cut down, making the preservation of these baby redwoods even more important for us and for future generations.
